Design Thinking has revolutionized how the world's most innovative companies solve complex problems. We've adapted these same powerful frameworks to help driven women like you turn life design into life implementation.

Over six intensive weeks, you'll work alongside your fellow alumni to:

  • Audit and evolve your current life vision based on what you've learned about yourself

  • Identify the gaps between where you are and where you want to be

  • Design strategic solutions to your most persistent obstacles

  • Create accountability systems that actually move the needle

  • Build momentum that carries you seamlessly into Part 2 of our Cabo retreat

This is the most comprehensive program we've ever offered – because you asked for it, and because you're ready for it.

I can’t stop telling people all about it. I started this Design Thinking course knowing it would bring immense value to my work and life, but it exceeded my expectations.

For those unfamiliar with Design Thinking, it’s about creating a mindset that challenges us to question, iterate, and create. It encourages us to see things from different perspectives and cook up solutions that truly make a difference.

I brought this non-linear, iterative process to my team at the iCan Dream Center to create an innovative solution to a need that was already defined.

Our ideate process looked completely different. The team participated in a free association exercise to get their wheels turning and challenge our initial ideas for a solution.

This resulted in an amazing plan for a student-led social enterprise.

When I started this course, my highest hope is that it would positively impact my students at the iCan Dream Center. It's enhanced our ability to cater to the unique needs of neurodiverse learners and their families.

Have you had your own experience with Design Thinking or curiosity-driven problem-solving?

P.S. If you're interested in using Design Thinking to build a well-lived and joyful life, I highly recommend a course led by Lisa Waltuch!”
