Dinners include the option of adding local, sustainably raised fish, fowl, beef, or lamb.

All foods are grain-free, dairy-free (occasional goat yogurt and cheese) and use no refined sweeteners. Vegan and vegetarian options are available at any meal and each menu is chefs’ choice, based on what is fresh, inspiring, and thought-provoking that day.
