Path to Purpose: Eight Week Coaching Program

Use Design Thinking to uncover and pursue a life you love. Through this eight-week course, you will figure out who you are now, identify your core convictions, create three potential life plans and identify specific actions to get there.

Course includes coaching through several different modalities:

  • Recorded teaching modules, released once a week

Laila is a seasoned leadership development executive with over 25 years of experience building teams and creating cultures that enable growth. She served as Chief People Officer with Walmart.com, Peet's Coffee and Tea and AllBirds. We whole-heartedly recommend Laila’s book, Strong Like Water, in which she shares how she evolved her leadership and life philosophy into one that embraces the inherent duality of life - balancing courage with compassion, integrating head with heart, infusing power with tenderness. 

Sex and Desire in Long Term Relationships

This eye-opening 30-minute workshop was on sex and desire in long term relationships with Professor Nicole McNichols (aka Nicole the Sex Professor). We learned about sex positivity, sexual pleasure, being collaborative, and Nicole revealed habits of sexually satisfied couples and why they work.

Nicole teaches a course in Human Sexuality at the University of Washington to 4000 students a year. It is currently the most popular undergraduate offering in the entire history of the University of Washington. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, her Masters in Psychology from NYU and her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Washington. In addition to being a professor, Nicole writes bi-weekly for Psychology Today and is a TedX speaker and frequent contributor to other publications, news sources and podcasts.

Mindful Eating in Mid-Life: Feel Better in Two Weeks

During this impactful, 30 minute workshop, Lisa Stollman taught us how to eat better to increase vitality and energy while brightening our skin and elevating our mood.

She obtained both her B.S. in Foods and Nutrition and her M.A. in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.
