The Venue
Welcome to Baja Serenity - a boutique resort with 11 beautifully designed guest rooms, just steps away from shores of The Sea of Cortez.
Tucked into the peaceful village of Cabo Pulmo, this tranquil hideaway is about 55 miles away from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and perfectly situated where the mountains, desert and sea converge. The result? A setting that’s both breathtaking and deeply calming.
Each spacious guestroom includes two Queen beds or two XL Twins, (which can be converted to a King, upon request), a comfortable sitting area, and a generous ensuite bathroom.
Your room, your way - you have the option of reserving a private room or sharing with a fellow participant or friend. Whether you prefer space to yourself or a roommate to share reflections with, the choice is entirely yours.
Whether you're unwinding in the plunge pool, gathering under the al fresco dining palapa, or settling into stillness in the meditation garden, Baja Serenity offers the perfect backdrop to disconnect from daily demands and refocus on yourself—what you truly want and where you're headed next.
The Curriculum
Over six transformative days, you'll move from vision to action through carefully designed experiences:
Integration & Alignment Sessions: Share your evolved life vision with the group and receive strategic feedback to refine your approach and uncover opportunities you hadn't considered.
Obstacle Navigation & Resource Mapping: Interactive workshops to anticipate and strategize around potential barriers, paired with partner exercises to uncover hidden assets and powerful connections within your network.
Accountability Architecture & Support Systems: Small group design sessions to create personalized accountability structures that actually work, followed by commitment ceremonies where you'll receive specific offers of ongoing support.
Launch Planning & Momentum Building: Individual strategy sessions with group consultation to finalize your 90-day action plan, concluding with a collective commitment to your ongoing mutual success.

We're Lisa Waltuch (left) and Jennifer Sullivan, and we've designed this retreat specifically for women who are ready to move from vision to action – whether you've been on this journey with us before or you're joining us for the first time with the group coaching foundation work already under your belt.
Lisa brings her mastery of Design Thinking and Co-Active coaching methodologies to help you architect the life you want. With hundreds of hours guiding transformations and a creative background spanning The Discovery Channel to The Metropolitan Museum of Art, she knows how to turn big dreams into concrete plans.
Jen crafts experiences that stick with you long after you return home. With 20+ years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and now running her own boutique travel consultancy, she understands that the right environment can catalyze profound change.

Please note: this option is only available to women who have previously completed the original Signature Retreat. Other retreat guests or friends who have not participated in Part One will need to join the Group Coaching Program to ensure they’re fully prepared for and get the most out of the Cabo Pulmo retreat experience.

Either incentive is available to the first nine women to commit OR until September 5, whichever comes first.
Cancellation and Occupancy Policies:
Any cancellation will result in a loss of the initial $900 deposit. Cancellations made between October 1 and November 17, 2025 will result in a loss of 50% of the package price. Cancellations made after November 18, 2025 will result in a total loss of funds.
Encore Retreats reserves the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the trip minimum. If we do so, any retreat monies collected will be refunded in full. This decision will be made by November 14, 2025.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended; we suggest Travel Guard Insurance, which has several policy options.
If you request a double occupancy room and sign up without a roommate, we will use our best efforts to match you with a roommate. If this is not possible, we will switch you to a single occupancy room, which you will be required to pay for.
