A Six-Session Group Coaching Program

Design Thinking has revolutionized how the world's most innovative companies solve complex problems. Encore Retreats has adapted these same powerful frameworks to help driven women like you turn life design into life implementation.

For our past Signature Retreat guests who have experienced what's possible when you combine deep introspection with strategic thinking, this coaching program isn't about starting over – it's about building on the foundation you've already created. We will continue using advanced Design Thinking methodologies to help you refine your vision, identify what's evolved since your first retreat, and create an action plan for the life you're ready to claim.

For our other retreat guests and friends who have not been to the Signature Retreat, don’t worry, you won’t be coming into the Cabo Pulmo retreat behind everyone else. This coaching program will provide the foundation needed to be most successful at the retreat, where we’ll move from plans to action.

This is the bridge between your breakthrough and your next chapter.

Over six sessions, you'll work alongside other committed women to

  • Audit and evolve your current life vision based on where you are now and what you will learn about yourself

  • Identify the gaps between where you currently are and where you want to be

  • Design strategic solutions to achieve your life plan and to overcome your most persistent obstacles

  • Create accountability systems that move the needle

  • Build momentum that will carry you seamlessly into the Cabo Pulmo retreat, where we will focus on implementation

This is the most comprehensive program we've ever offered – because you asked for it, and because you're ready for it.

I can’t stop telling people all about it. I started this Design Thinking course knowing it would bring immense value to my work and life, but it exceeded my expectations.

For those unfamiliar with Design Thinking, it’s about creating a mindset that challenges us to question, iterate, and create. It encourages us to see things from different perspectives and cook up solutions that truly make a difference.

I brought this non-linear, iterative process to my team at the iCan Dream Center to create an innovative solution to a need that was already defined.

Our ideate process looked completely different. The team participated in a free association exercise to get their wheels turning and challenge our initial ideas for a solution.

This resulted in an amazing plan for a student-led social enterprise.

When I started this course, my highest hope is that it would positively impact my students at the iCan Dream Center. It's enhanced our ability to cater to the unique needs of neurodiverse learners and their families.

Have you had your own experience with Design Thinking or curiosity-driven problem-solving?

P.S. If you're interested in using Design Thinking to build a well-lived and joyful life, I highly recommend a course led by Lisa Waltuch!”
